This site is for storing Genealogical Data for free public use. Anyone can submit data under the following conditions:
1. Data contains no material that is in violation of copyright law.
2. Submitter is the rightful owner of data and submits said data with the express purpose of providing it for free public access. Once submitted, data becomes into the public domain and cannot be taken back or "recalled".
3. This website and its owner may freely decide whether to use data submitted and how to present it.
4. No partial data is accepted (i.e. partial cemetery transcriptions) Exception: Data from very large cemeteries that require several pages of material.
5. No family data sheets or small bits of cemetery data such as 5 transriptions when there are two hundred in the cemetery, however, links may be provided to your data upon request for linking.
6. Material must be identified by state and county of origin. Example: California - Los Angeles County - Pioneer Cemetery.
7. Submitter understands that advertising may appear on pages with data although limited to no more that 2 banners or six text links. This sites main page will have rotating banners and links of an advertising nature as well as donation link to keep site supported by volunteer donations via paypal.
